How your information is handled.
This notice explains how BOS handles information submitted through the website and Operational Friction Signal Scan.
What is collected
The Signal Scan can be answered without personal details. When your result is ready, BOS requests your first name and work email. Organisation and your primary area of friction are optional. Your responses, consent choices and result pattern are also stored.
Why it is collected
Information is used to display and email the result you requested, keep a private result link available, respond to enquiries and understand the operational concerns reported by leaders.
Operational Clarity Brief
The monthly Operational Clarity Brief is separate and optional. The consent box is unchecked by default. If you select it, you must also confirm the subscription by email before becoming an active subscriber. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Storage and disclosure
Submissions are processed through the website hosting account and a copy is provided to Tristan Todd. Information is not sold. Service providers may process information only where needed to host the website or deliver email.
